About Our company
The small venture that started off as an earth-moving sub-contractor in a modest rented shop house back in 2005 has now blossomed into one of Pakistan & Singapore’s most robust civil engineering & infrastructure companies. The name Strategic Consultant Group Of Companies is synonymous with reliability and top quality services in the areas of Civil and Infrastructure Works and Earthworks.
While earthwork services remain as our mainstay in Singapore – Pakistan, our teams have proven our capabilities in the challenging construction industry, having been involved in and contributed to the successful completion of some major and iconic projects such as Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World at Sentosa Integrated Resort. Our business streams are synergistic in nature and help us to offer a comprehensive support to our elite clientele. The Group operates under a few companies with Strategic Consultant Group Of Companies Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd and Kok Tong Construction Pte Ltd being its flagship arms in both Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Works and Earthworks respectively. Set up in 2005 undertaking earthworks and basement excavation works, Strategic Consultant Group Of Companies has since established a trusted reputation with many business partners including Authorities, Developers and Main Contractors. Over the years, with a strong belief in safety, quality and timely completion, we grew to what we are today with several prominent and iconic projects under our name.

We principally involved in the construction of residential, industrial and special niche projects as a main contractor. We have since built-up an impressive track records of notable and iconic projects with excellent performance and high quality products and services to our clients.
CIVIL AND INFRASTRUCTURE
The Civil & Infrastructure segment of Strategic Consultant Group Of Companies essentially operates under our flagship company – Strategic Consultant Group Of Companies Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd. After our successful venture in Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, we embarked on numerous civil and infrastructure projects which include the Construction of Tampines Central Station for Downtown Line 3 and Design and Build of a Bus Depot at Bulim. Both projects were awarded by the Land Transport Authority and were completed in 2017 and 2015 respectively.
